Existen otrasrutas alternativas LimaCantaHuallay y laruta Lima-Huaral- Huayllay.Para mejorar la produccion y el rendimiento y eficiencia de lasceldas se necesita de la instalacion deun linea monorriel que permita la mayor productividad yeficiencia a la hora de algun deperfecto en losespesadores.

Parael anlisis y la verificacin del refuerzo de las vigas y aceros yrefuerzo de cartelas en unadireccin se us la hoja de clculo vigas.xls. Las losas macizas,con refuerzo en dosdirecciones ortogonales, fueron analizadas con el programa TEKLAESTRUCTURES VS18. El anlisis de las estructuras metlicas se realiz con elprograma SAP 2000 Vs 15.

  • RUC.: 20568063008 Telf.: 987812171 PRM # 9995779728 CONCLUSIONESBajo las normas internaciones ASTM, se procedera a la fabricacony montaje de los perfilesestructurales siendo que se determino por el analisisestructural que los perfiles mencionadosen el anteproyecto cumplen con las normas y los estandares decontruccion en acero.Se aplicara la union de torque de los pernos indicados bajotablas de equivalencia y verifcandoseen el campo para realizar la uniones estructurales.Se realizara el habilitado con soldadores calificados en lasposiciones 3G, 4G y 6G segnrequerimiento de las estrucuras metalicas de acero alcabono.9 RECOMENDACIONESPara cumplir con los tiempos estimados y la caliad de losservicios se debe de contar con el apoyode un camnion grua, durante 06 dias como minimo.
